Diddy to Face Sex Crimes Lawsuits From 120 Additional Men and Women
Entertainment gossip and news from Newsweek’s network of contributors
Sean “Diddy” Combs is about to get hit with numerous new lawsuits — from 120 additional people — accusing the disgraced rapper of even more sex crimes.
Per The Hollywood Reporter, Tony Buzbee, a lawyer for the accusers, announced on Tuesday, October 1, that he represents both men and women who have accused the Bad Boy executive, 54, of sex crimes beginning as early as 1991. Many of the victims represented by Buzbee further allege that they were raped after being drugged. Some allege that they were minors at the time.
Diddy is currently in jail after being arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution earlier this month. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and is currently appealing Judge Andrew L. Carter’s ruling to deny him his offer of $50 million bail — the second judge to do so.
If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, contact the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673) or go to https://www.rainn.org/
