2025 NBA All-Star Game: Weekend schedule, location, format

The 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend will be here before we know it. The weekend kicks off with the NBA Celebrity Game on Friday, February 14, and is capped off with the 74th NBA All-Star Game on Sunday night.

2024 NBA All-Star Weekend Schedule

Friday, February 14

• NBA All-Star Celebrity Game – 7 p.m.
• NBA Rising Stars – 9 p.m.

Saturday, February 15

• NBA All-Star practice – 2 p.m.
• HBCU Classic: Morehouse College vs. Tuskegee University – 5 p.m.
• NBA All-Star Saturday night – 8 p.m.

Sunday, February 16

• NBA All-Star Game – 8 p.m.

2025 NBA All-Star Location

This year’s NBA All-Star Game will take place at Chase Center in San Francisco, California – the home of the Golden State Warriors. This is the first NBA All-Star Game to take place at the Chase Center. The Warriors have hosted two other times in Daly City (1967) and Oakland (2000).

2025 NBA All-Star Format

This season’s format is a four-team, three-game, one-night tournament, three teams of eight All-Stars apiece and the fourth team being the winner of the Rising Stars challenge for first- and second-year players. The winning team in all games will be the first to score 40 points.
