Jet2.com is launching new flights from Budapest to East Midlands Airport (in Castle Donington) and Newcastle, England. The two new destinations will join the British low-cost airline’s current connections to Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds Bradford in the winter schedule from October 2025, Budapest Airport announced.
The two routes will operate from October 2025 until April 2026 in response to the growing demand for flights between Hungary and the UK.

“Diversification is a central element of Budapest Airport’s development strategy, i.e. building a route network that is as varied as possible and adaptable to different needs. Jet2.com’s scheduled flights are an excellent fit with this objective,” said Francois Berisot, CEO of Budapest Airport.
