Putin Is Mocking Trump in Ukraine: Poland’s Sikorski
🎙️ Voice is AI-generated. Inconsistencies may occur.
Russia’s recent missile strikes in Ukraine that killed dozens of civilians show Russian President Vladimir Putin is “mocking” President Donald Trump, Poland’s foreign minister Radosław Sikorski said.
Sikorski, speaking ahead of a meeting of European Union foreign ministers in Luxembourg, said he was “shaken” by the Russian attacks on Ukraine, such as the most recent Palm Sunday strike on Sumy.
“Ukraine unconditionally agreed to a ceasefire more than a month ago,” Sikorski said, the Polish Press Agency reported, and the recent strikes are “Russia’s mocking response.”
“I hope that President Trump, the U.S. administration, will see that Russian leader Vladimir Putin is mocking their goodwill, and I hope that the right decisions will be made,” Sikorski said.
This is a developing story and more information will be added soon.
