2025 NFL OPOY Odds: Derrick Henry Favored; Barkley, Robinson Giving Chase
Philadelphia’s Saquon Barkley’s record-breaking season in 2024-25 earned him NFL Offensive Player of the Year honors.
But that was last season.
Could the Philly star be upended at the conclusion of this NFL campaign?
Let’s check out the odds at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Sept. 16, as well as what to know about each leading candidate.

2025-26 Offensive Player of the Year
Derrick Henry, RB, Ravens: +650 (bet $10 to win $75 total)
Last week: +425
What to know: It took Henry a single week to jump past Barkley to the top of the oddsboard. However, his Week 1 performance (169 rushing yards, two TDs) was not duplicated in Week 2 (23 rushing yards on 11 carries). Still, that lackluster performance came in a Baltimore drubbing of Cleveland.
Saquon Barkley, RB, Eagles: +850 (bet $10 to win $95 total)
LW: +1000
What to know: Barkley is the reigning OPOY, and after dropping to fifth on the board at the conclusion of Week 1, he’s back in second after an 88-yard, one touchdown performance in Philly’s Week 2 win over Kansas City.
Bijan Robinson, RB, Falcons: +850 (bet $10 to win $95 total)
LW: +950
What to know: Through two weeks, Robinson already has 167 rushing yards and 125 receiving yards — a true-dual threat back. He had 100 yards receiving in Week 1, and in Week 2, he had 143 yards rushing.
Puka Nacua, WR, Rams: +1100 (bet $10 to win $120 total)
LW: +1600
What to know: Nacua has the most receptions (18) and fourth-most receiving yards (221) in the NFL through two weeks. The Rams are 2-0, and despite DaVante Adams joining the squad, Nacua has established himself as the team’s true No. 1 receiver.
Christian McCaffrey, RB, 49ers: +1300 (bet $10 to win $140 total)
LW: +900
What to know: McCaffrey is doing the dual-threat thing, almost to the same level as Robinson. He has 124 rushing yards and 125 receiving yards through two weeks for the 2-0 49ers.
CeeDee Lamb, WR, Cowboys: +1300 (bet $10 to win $140 total)
LW: Not in top eight
What to know: Lamb had 110 yards receiving in Week 1, and 112 in Week 2. Dak Prescott has targeted him 24 times on the season, and if not for some uncharacteristic drops, Lamb would have more yards and receptions, and presumably be higher on this oddsboard.
