UConn returns from a bye week after blasting visiting FIU 51-10 on Oct. 4 for its third consecutive victory. Quarterback Joe Fagnano is completing 67.2% of his throws for 1,556 yards and 11 touchdowns without an interception, with Skyler Bell his top target with 48 receptions for 562 yards and six scores. Cam Edwards averages more than 100 yards a game on the ground with 637 yards and seven TDs. Bryun Parham keys the defense with his 6.5 sacks, while D’mon Brinson has six pass breakups.
Boston College comes off a 41-10 thrashing at home from Clemson last week, trailing 34-10 at the half and never recovering. The Eagles were outgained 504-221 in the loss, with Dylan Lonergan finishing 12-of-19 for 117 yards passing while being sacked three times before he was pulled in favor of backup Shaker Reisig, who was 3-of-10 with an interception. Turbo Richard ran for 75 yards and BC’s lone touchdown.
The Eagles are 7-1 all-time against the Huskies, who have never won at Boston College, losing their most recent meeting 21-14 in 2023 after a 13-3 win at home the previous season.
This is a great college football matchup that you will not want to miss; make sure to tune in and catch all the action.
