Lumina Park’s ‘Magic World’ Lights Up Budapest Palatinus Bath

Lumina Park has opened at Palatinus Bath in Budapest, and its magical light display, Varázsvilág (Magic World), will remain open until March 1, 2026.

Budapest Spas cPlc. and its Polish partner, Lumina Sp. z o.o., have created Magic World with over 150 light installations among the pools and trees of the Palatinus Bath.

Lumina Park was built using approximately 10 kilometers of wiring and millions of environmentally friendly light sources. Work began in September so that everything would be in place for the ‘Magic Adventure’ in October.

As the Budapest company wrote, the light park can be explored in an hour and a half.

The path leads through enchanted landscapes and fairy-tale worlds.

Visitors can discover the realm of Frozen and Tarzan’s jungle, wander through Pocahontas’ forest, and marvel at the beauty of Versailles.

The most magnificent element this year is the tree of life, a symbol that appears in many cultures and represents the eternal cycle of life.

The modern interpretation of the ancient tree of life with lights was developed by the Lumina Group and is located on the huge Japanese pagoda tree at Palatinus.

Lumina Park Budapest is open every day from dusk until 9 p.m. New this year is that during peak periods, the park will remain open until 10 p.m. Information on opening hours can be found here.
