Russian President Vladimir Putin criticized new U.S. sanctions against Russian oil companies but said they would not “significantly affect our economic wellbeing.” He also questioned President Trump’s decision to cancel a meeting in Hungary, saying dialogue is better than “disputes, or especially war.”
