7 WWE Superstars Who Deserve To Be Women’s Champion

The WWE roster is jam packed with talent, so much so that it is often hard to break out and get recognized over the likes of Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, and Charlotte Flair.

So let’s take a look at some of the women on the roster who should have already been or will soon be in the main event picture.

Shayna Baszler

Nowadays, it may be hard to believe that Shayna Baszler was once the most dangerous woman on the women’s roster, terrorizing everyone in NXT. Unfortunately, it seems her momentum was stopped when she got to the main roster, mostly by being put in tag teams with Nia Jax and Ronda Rousey.

With the release of Sonya Deville, there doesn’t seem to be a future for Pure Fusion Collective. Hopefully, this means Baszler could get a singles push and challenge for one of the main women’s titles.

Jordynne Grace

The former TNA Knockouts Champion has already begun to make her mark in WWE, challenging for the NXT Women’s Championship and appearing in two Royal Rumbles.

While it seems that she has a home on NXT, Grace has more than proven that she can hang on the main roster. Hopefully, she’ll be a WWE Champ sooner rather than later.

Dakota Kai

The WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship hasn’t gotten the same attention as its US cousin, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t have an incredible introductory match. Dakota Kai and Lyra Valkyria put on a banger, with the latter coming out on top.

While this is a perfect spot for Valkyria, it kind of leaves Kai in the dust. A longtime veteran of the women’s roster, Kai deserves to be in the main event scene alongside her fellow Damage CTRL members Asuka and Iyo Sky.

Piper Niven

Currently, Piper Niven is doing an excellent job as part of WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green’s cabinet. Since Vince McMahon departed, Niven has proven that she can be vicious, hilarious, and a true force in the ring.

While her working with Green is excellent, Niven deserves some time in the spotlight as well, as was seen when she challenged Bayley for the WWE Women’s Championship.

Roxanne Perez

A two-time NXT Women’s Champion, Roxanne Perez surprised everyone when she set the record for the longest time spent in the Women’s Royal Rumble, lasting until the end before she was eliminated by Charlotte Flair.

At this point, it looks like Perez’s stock is going to continue to rise and it will only be a matter of time before she reaches the top of the mountain, hopefully getting revenge on Flair.

Kairi Sane

Kairi Sane is yet another member of Damage CTRL who deserves to be in the main event scene. She has proven time and time again to be an incredible in-ring storyteller, always living up to her nickname, The Genius of the Sky.

Unfortunately, Sane has recently missed significant time due to injury. That being said, it has been rumored that she could return soon. If she does, she is more than deserving of a world title shot.

Zelina Vega

WWE fans absolutely love Zelina Vega, and it’s not hard to understand why. Unbelievably talented and charismatic, it’s genuinely hard not to root for the inaugural Queen of the Ring.

Now regulated to being a member of LWO, Vega deserves a larger individual push than she is getting. Hopefully, she will get it sooner rather than later and get that revenge victory over Rhea Ripley.
