Bucs’ Mike Evans, Giants’ Malik Nabers Among Biggest Players on Active/Inactive List
NFL Insider Ian Rapoport has broken down some of the most major active and inactive players going into Sunday of Week 12.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers star wide receiver Mike Evans is officially active against the New York Giants today, while the opposing team also listed their own star wide receiver, Malik Nabers as also active.
Evans sat out three games because of a hamstring injury. Although Coach Todd Bowles noted that Evans was trending toward playing, fans will likely breathe a sigh of relief after the wide receiver was listed as questionable heading into the weekend. Despite some progress, Evans only managed one full practice, with two limited sessions in between.
Nabers was absent from the media-access portion of Friday’s practice because of a groin issue, raising new concerns about his health. This injury adds to a growing list of setbacks for Nabers, who was already dealing with a groin problem in Week 7 while recovering from a concussion. After clearing concussion protocol, the groin issue surfaced on the Giants’ practice report later in the week.
The Chicago Bears running back D’Andre Swift and wide receiver Keenan Allen are both questionable against the Minnesota Vikings.
Allen and Swift are both expected to play in the divisional showdown. Allen, who is dealing with an ankle injury, was limited in Friday’s practice and is listed as questionable. Swift, who is also questionable due to a groin injury, saw his practice reps increase steadily over the week, suggesting he’s on track to play.
For the Dallas Cowboys, facing off today against the Washington Commanders, offensive linesman Tyler Smith was officially ruled out when the Cowboys submitted their list of inactive players 90 minutes before Sunday’s game against the Commanders.

Smith had missed two practices earlier in the week due to ankle and knee injuries, though he was limited in Friday’s session. With Smith sidelined, the Cowboys will be without both starting guards, as veteran right guard Zack Martin was downgraded to out on Saturday due to ankle and shoulder issues.
Finally, the Miami Dolphins veteran offensive tackle Terron Armstead is active to play today against the New England Patriots, despite being listed as questionable for the game. Armstead returned to action in Week 11 against the Las Vegas Raiders after missing that week’s practices, but once again sat out all three practices this week.
