The Philadelphia Eagles will already be without star wide receiver DeVonta Smith on Sunday when they face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and now another player on offense has been ruled out. Co-star wideout A.J. Brown will miss the game as well as he deals with a lingering hamstring injury.
