Hamas announced it will release Edan Alexander, the last living American hostage in Gaza as part of an effort to reach a ceasefire and get humanitarian aid flowing back into the city after more than two months of a total Israeli blockade. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he hasn’t committed to a ceasefire and won’t release any Palestinian prisoners in exchange for Alexander. NBC’s Raf Sanchez reports for TODAY.
