Francesca Eastwood No Longer Facing Domestic Charges

Francesca Eastwood is ready to leave 2024 behind.
The 31-year-old daughter of legendary film actor and director Clint Eastwood shared an Instagram post on Thursday, January 2, alongside her son Titan at a pool in Los Angeles. Francesca added a caption expressing that she’s entering 2025 with “love and light,” then shared several other photos of herself and Titan showing that the two spent most of the day soaking in the sun.
Several of Francesca’s 183K Instagram followers took to the comments section to wish her and Titan well.
“The coolest and sweetest pair,” wrote one person.
“Two peas in a pod,” wrote another.
A third person wrote, “Love these photos.”

Francesca’s post comes a few months after she was arrested for alleged domestic violence against her boyfriend, Alexander Wraith. However, the case was dropped on October 18, 2024, due to “insufficient evidence” per the district attorney’s office. Francesca found out in December that she would not be facing any charges.
This isn’t the first time the actress has been out in public since the incident. Francesca attended the premiere of her father’s Juror #2 on October 28, 2024, a film that she appeared in and stars Nicholas Hoult and received a ton of critical acclaim.
Aside from Juror #2 Francesca has had several smaller roles in Clint’s movies, including Jersey Boys. Her resume also includes projects outside of working with her dad, appearing in films like Old, Clawfoot, and Queen of the Ring, and television shows like Twin Peaks, Fargo, and Perception.
