Both sides have star players listed on the injury report heading into the game. For the Cavaliers, they have listed star guard Donovan Mitchell due to a groin issue.

Mitchell has already been ruled out for the contest as he makes sure to get this problem right before the playoffs start. Forward De’Andre Hunter also landed on the injury report.

Mitchell has been spectacular for the Cavaliers this season, averaging 24.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 1.3 steals per game. Mitchell has led Cleveland to the best record in the league this season.

Cleveland enters this game with a record of 55-10 on the season, sitting in the No. 1 spot in the Eastern Conference standings. The Cavaliers are riding a 15-game winning streak into this contest so they will be looking to continue that feat without the services of their star player.

As for the Grizzlies, they have listed star forward Jaren Jackson Jr. on the injury report. The star has missed the last five games due to injury.

Jackson Jr. has been listed as questionable due to a left ankle injury and will play in this game.

For the year, Jackson Jr. has averaged 22.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.6 blocks per game. Jackson Jr. was selected as an All-Star this season and has increased his 3-point shooting percentage to 36.5 for the year.

Memphis holds a record of 42-24 for the season and they currently sit in the No. 2 spot in the Western Conference standings. The Grizzlies have won four straight entering this game so one streak will end tonight.

After an injury-filled season last year, the Grizzlies have reclaimed their status as one of the best teams in the NBA. This team fights hard every night and they have dominated opponents, especially on their home floor.
