Intruder scales White House fence, Secret Service respond
A man was arrested after scaling a fence at the White House complex on Monday.
Photos showed the moment the individual, dressed in a suit and wearing blue-tinted sunglasses, was detained by Secret Service agents. It came as protesters had gathered at the White House to demonstrate against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit.
“An individual scaled the fence on the southeast side of the U.S. Treasury Building and was arrested by U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division officers for unlawful entry,” a Secret Service spokesperson said in a statement to DailyMail.com
“He was subsequently transported to Metropolitan Police Department’s 2nd District for processing. There was no impact to our protective operations.”

This is a developing story. Updates to follow.
