For the first time, Israeli forces entered the center of Rafah in southern Gaza, despite warnings by the U.S. not to escalate the Rafah operation. A new Israeli attack on tents just outside the city killed more than 20 people, according to the Hamas-run Gaza health ministry. NBC News’ Raf Sanchez reports.
