Jansa: Marxism has been replaced by ‘cultural Marxism’

Marxism was transformed at the end of the Cold War into cultural Marxism, former Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa told the CPAC Hungary conference on Friday.

Jansa, the head of the Slovenian Democratic Party, said that the representatives of cultural Marxism call themselves the voice of the people but they have not been elected by anyone. Such organisations aim to destroy everything that creates a real community and they intentionally weaken or destroy representative democracy, he added.

In cultural Marxism, individuals are offered a false sense of freedom but anyone unwilling to accept it will be openly persecuted and branded a “fascist”, he said.
