Meta’s social media platform Facebook is experiencing more than 1200 outages, according to users posting to Down Detector.
Reports started flooding in around 5 p.m. ET Tuesday and quickly jumped to over 1000 reports in less than an hour.
Users said in comments that they were seeing blank pages or “New Note” pages loading instead of their profiles.
Facebook appears to be down in multiple states including Oklahoma, Michigan, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.
Some people also reported issues with Facebook Marketplace in particular.
