Princess Charlotte Being the Royal Odd One Out Caught on Camera

Princess Charlotte maintaining perfect posture while her family all reacted to King Charles III’s birthday parade has caught attention on social media.

The princess, who turned ten this month, was on the Buckingham Palace balcony alongside her brothers, Prince George and Prince Louis, and mother Princess Kate.

And while the rest of the family all leaned over to try to catch a glimpse of the parade for VE Day on May 5, Charlotte remained completely restrained.

What to Know

The royals gathered to watch a military procession marking the 80th anniversary of the Allies’ Victory in Europe over the Nazis.

The procession showcased ceremonial traditions of the British military, including displays by Regiments of the Household Division and Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery.

For some royal watchers, Prince Louis stole the show, copying Prince George and giving an exaggerated eye roll in another heart-warming moment.

However, fans of Princess Charlotte still enjoyed her poise on the palace balcony.

It was a big day for Prince George too as he got to meet veterans from Normandy and other survivors of World War II during a rare royal engagement.

Prince William and Kate took him around tables during the Buckingham Palace reception so he could speak to guests.

What People Are Saying

One fan replied to the TikTok post: “I don’t know what her parents told her so she would be like this but her aura really makes me think that she should become queen, she has everything for her.”

Another wrote: “Princess Charlotte = princess Diana+ queen Elizabeth II (Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana).”

And a third wrote: “Hmmm but its kinda sad isn’t it? She is like the next Princess Anne, she is more mature then her brother since she was really young, no matter how hard u work, the one who will be throne is her brother.”
