At least 41 people were killed and more than 180 wounded when Russia attacked a military institute in the central town of Poltava, in one of the deadliest single strikes of the Russia-Ukraine war. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about the strike after receiving preliminary reports.
