Swifties Beg NFL to Make Travis Kelce Change Ahead of Final Eras Tour Show

Taylor Swift’s fans really want her boyfriend to be in Canada with her when she will make history and perform her last-ever Eras Tour concert.

Swift’s partner is the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce, and her fans have been begging the NFL to change the start time of his game so he can make it to the last Eras Tour show.

Swift has been on her record-breaking world tour since March 2023 and will have completed 149 performances of the three-hour epic concert in five different continents. She is now performing the last gigs of the Eras Tour in Canada, with the final concert happening on December 8 in Vancouver.

But Kelce won’t be able to make the concert because the Chiefs are playing the Los Angeles Chargers on that day from 7:20 p.m. at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. That means he would not make it to Swift’s concert in Canada.

Now Swifties, the name of the singer’s fans, have asked the NFL to change the game start time so Kelce can dash up to Vancouver for the concert. Newsweek contacted the NFL by email on Wednesday morning for comment.

“NFL we want chiefs to have a 1 p.m. game on the 8th of December please flex it so Travis can go watch Taylor finish her tour in Vancouver,” wrote @nicknamebolter on X, formerly Twitter.

“Change the Chiefs game on dec 8th to noon I AM BEGGING,” added @bejeweldtina.

And @taylorswift31 posted: “I’M SORRY BUT THE NFL NEEDS TO MAN THE F*** UP AND CHANGE THE CHIEFS GAME DEC 8 BECAUSE THERE’S NO WAYYY THEY’LL LET OUR GIRL BE A F****** EMOTIONAL WRECK ON THE LAST SHOW WITHOUT HER KILLA SUPPORT THERE.”

Kelce has been a regular fixture at Eras Tour concerts over the past year and earlier this month spoke about attending his last show. He managed to go to Swift’s October shows in Indianapolis, Indiana.

“I wanted to see Tay one more time before this thing got closed up,” Kelce said on his New Heights podcast, which he cohosts with his brother Jason Kelce. He added: “I’ll tell you what, man, the American crowds, they did not disappoint.”

Since first going public with their relationship in September last year, Kelce has attended Eras Tour concerts around the world, including the U.S., Argentina, Singapore, Australia and several European countries. In London, he even joined Swift onstage as part of the show during the summer.
