A 30-year-old woman fired approximately 10 shots at pop singer Rihanna’s Beverly Hills mansion from inside a white Tesla on Sunday afternoon, striking the property multiple times — including sending a round through a wall of the home — before being arrested roughly 30 minutes later, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) said.
Rihanna was home at the time but was not injured, NBC News reported.

The brazen daylight attack on one of the world’s most recognizable entertainers underscores persistent concerns about celebrity security and the ease of access to high-powered weapons.
It was not immediately clear whether A$AP Rocky or the couple’s three young children were home at the time. Rihanna and Rocky are parents to sons RZA, born in May 2022, and Riot, born in August 2023, as well as a daughter, Rocki, born in September of last year.
That a round penetrated the wall of an occupied home where young children also reside makes the incident all the more alarming.

The shooting was reported at 1:21 p.m. at the colonial-style mansion Rihanna shares with rapper A$AP Rocky in Beverly Hills’ Post Office neighborhood, the Los Angeles Times reported. LAPD radio dispatch audio reviewed by the Times placed the suspect across the street from the property’s gate, where she fired roughly 10 shots using what police described as an AR-15-style rifle.
One round penetrated a wall of the residence, a law enforcement source told the Times, while NBC News reported four rounds or fragments struck parts of the property overall.
The white Tesla then fled south on Coldwater Canyon Drive, the Times reported. Officers tracked the vehicle using radio descriptions — the suspect had braided hair and wore a cream-colored blouse — and located it in a Sherman Oaks shopping center parking lot, where they arrested the suspect approximately 30 minutes after the initial 911 call, according to multiple reports.
