WWE May Have Ruined Outcome Of John Cena vs Cody Rhodes
At a time when WWE fans are talking about the actions of John Cena, there is a lot of speculation about not only what’s next for him but also what WWE will do at WrestleMania.
Following his surprising heel turn at Elimination Chamber, WWE has significantly increased Cena’s scheduled appearances. He is set to challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Title at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas on April 19th and 20th.
Additionally, Cena will be appearing during WWE’s European tour, appearing on Raw in Brussels (March 17th), Glasgow (March 24th), and London (March 31st). WWE has also confirmed his participation in the Saturday Night’s Main Event special on May 24th.
He’s also scheduled for SmackDown events in Knoxville (May 30th), Lexington (June 13th), and Grand Rapids (June 20th) this summer. Fans have spotted that Cena has been added to the advertising for the April 25th SmackDown.
This is an important date as it is the first episode after WrestleMania 41, at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, as per WWE’s website. This is interesting as Cena didn’t appear on Raw or SmackDown following the Royal Rumble, when he failed to win the Royal Rumble, earning a title bout at WrestleMania.

He also didn’t appear on TV after the Elimination Chamber. Now, Cena, who is on a limited schedule and only has certain dates that he can do, is suddenly added to the first episode of SmackDown coming out of WrestleMania? This could be a big clue that Cena will win the WWE Title, break the World Title record, and be on SmackDown coming out of Mania to celebrate the big title win with The Rock.
It will be interesting to see which other dates Cena is advertised for, but for now, the possibility of WWE doing a title change is looking strong.
