Elderly man allegedly used a firearm to force a child to perform sex acts on him

DAYTONA BEACH SHORES, Fla. (TCN) — A 78-year-old man allegedly used a gun to make a juvenile perform sexual acts on him, and authorities believe there may be additional victims.

According to a news release from the Daytona Beach Shores Department of Public Safety, on Sept. 9, officials performed a search warrant at the home of the suspect, Peter Brady, and seized around 20 firearms and 50 DVDs/videocassettes. Authorities announced Sept. 11 that Brady was arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious acts involving a minor with the defendant being over 24 and the victim under 18, aggravated assault with a firearm, and false imprisonment.

According to the Department of Public Safety, investigators believe there may be additional victims related to his alleged crime. Detectives “have already received tips dating back to the 1990s, when Peter Brady allegedly solicited minors for sexual activities.”
