New Hampshire content creator allegedly urinated on food products in grocery store
KEENE, N.H. (TCN) — A content creator allegedly recorded herself urinating on food items and surfaces at a local grocery store for several years.
On Feb. 14, an anonymous individual reported to the Keene Police Department that 23-year-old Kelli Tedford had published “disturbing videos” online, including one where she is seen “contaminating items in a local business with her urine.” The store, Monadnock Food Co-Op, cooperated with officials and immediately removed the affected product and issued a recall.
In a statement, the store said, “Our community’s health and safety remain our top priorities. While this was a highly unusual situation, we took swift action in accordance with our food safety and recall procedures.”
Throughout the investigation, authorities uncovered additional videos from Tedford where she allegedly contaminated products and surfaces with urine in Keene and surrounding areas. Police said several videos appear to be recorded as early as 2021.
In total, the Monadnock Food Co-Op reportedly lost more than $1,500 in damages and cleaning costs.
Police arrested Tedford on Feb. 21 on a charge of criminal mischief. She was released on bail and is set to appear in court for her arraignment on April 7.
