Mercedes-Benz Kecskemét Employees to Receive Profit Share

Employees at the Mercedes-Benz factory in Kecskemét (central Hungary) will receive profit sharing for the fourth consecutive year.

The company’s management has decided to pay a gross profit share of HUF 500,000 (EUR 1,315.79) to employees of the Mercedes-Benz factory in Kecskemét for the 2025 financial year. The one-off payment will be made at the beginning of April, together with the March salary.

Based on the announcement, the Kecskemét plant is sharing its financial success directly with its employees for the fourth consecutive year.

Under the agreement with the trade unions, the amount of the profit share was determined on the basis of several factors, with all key indicators having a positive impact on the amount to be paid.

The payment amount is a preliminary estimate based on the 2025 group-level results, which Mercedes-Benz AG announced on February 12, 2026.

The announcement also noted that, under the wage agreement, employees will receive a collective base wage increase of at least 5 percent in 2026, depending on their remuneration group, and a further increase of at least 4 percent in 2027. In addition to the existing benefits, the company will provide its employees with two additional one-off payments over the next two years, and has also introduced a cafeteria benefit (SZÉP card), the company announced.
