Szoboszlai Praised as One of the World’s Best after Liverpool Win

Liverpool player Mohamed Salah, is convinced that his teammate Dominik Szoboszlai, is currently one of the best footballers in the world. The Egyptian star made the statement on Saturday evening after Liverpool’s 3-0 FA Cup win over Brighton. Szoboszlai was once again deployed as a right-back in the match, but still managed to score his tenth goal of the season.

Salah noted that the Hungarian international’s excellent performance is essential to winning the series, as they rely on him heavily this season.

At the post-match press conference, head coach Arne Slot agreed with Salah, saying that Szoboszlai is currently one of the world’s elite players.

I think there are a lot of very good to elite football players in the world, but I definitely agree with Mo that Dominik is one of them,”

he said after the match.
