2025 NFL MVP Odds, Race: Allen, Jackson Favored; Mahomes Slides
NFL Week 2 is almost in the books, and it’s already clear that this year’s MVP race is gonna be a barnburner.

2025-26 NFL MVP odds
Josh Allen, QB, Bills: +300 (bet $10 to win $40 total)
Last week: +350
What to know: Allen is the reigning MVP, and already has a season-defining win under his belt — a Week 1 comeback win over the Ravens. Allen’s numbers aren’t huge through two weeks (two passing touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns, no interceptions), but the Bills are favored to have the league’s best regular-season record, and he’s their Superman.
Lamar Jackson, QB, Ravens: +300 (bet $10 to win $40 total)
LW: +475
What to know: Jackson is a two-time MVP, and finished second in the MVP race by the narrowest of margins last season. His Ravens are 1-1, he has seven touchdowns (six passing and one rushing, no interceptions), and he’s first in passer rating through two weeks. Once again, he and Allen figure to compete for the award all the way through Week 18.
Jordan Love, QB, Packers: +700 (bet $10 to win $80 total)
LW: +1400
What to know: Love is looking to crash the MVP party, and he’s off to a good start. His Packers have arguably the two most-impressive wins of the season so far, handily beating the Lions in Week 1 and Commanders in Week 2. Love is fourth in passer rating and has four passing TDs to no interceptions.
Justin Herbert, QB, Chargers: +1200 (bet $10 to win $130 total)
LW: +1500
What to know: Is Herbert becoming the star everyone thinks he is? He carved up the Chiefs in Week 1, to the tune of 318 passing yards and three touchdowns on 25 of 34 passing. He has another division foe on Monday Night Football in Week 2. Can he keep his momentum rolling?
Jayden Daniels, QB, Commanders: +1300 (bet $10 to win $140 total)
LW: +850
What to know: The Commanders are 1-1, and Daniels has had a shaky start to the season, specifically in a Week 2 loss to the Packers. He completed 24 of 42 passes for 200 yards and two touchdowns, but Washington was handily beat. With that, his odds lengthened.
Jalen Hurts, QB, Eagles: +1700 (bet $10 to win $180 total)
LW: +1400
What to know: Hurts is the consumate winner at QB, but his numbers won’t jump out at you. As a dual threat, he is completing 75.5% of his passes through two weeks, but he has yet to throw a touchdown. He does have three rushing TDs, however, for the 2-0 Eagles.
Patrick Mahomes, QB, Chiefs: +1800 (bet $10 to win $190 total)
LW: +850
What to know: Mahomes is the only other two-time regular-season MVP near the top of the oddsboard. However, his Chiefs are in an unfamiliar position of sitting at 0-2. Of the top seven names on the board (all QBs), Mahomes is the only one with an interception. He has two passing TDs and two rushing TDs so far on the season.
