2025 NFL Odds: Bills Favored in Remaining 14 Regular-Season Games

Yes, 16-0 has happened — but not 17-0.

After winning 13 games last season, the Buffalo Bills were the only team in the NFL that entered the season favored to win every single game at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Hopes for the first-ever 17-0 undefeated regular-season are still alive in Buffalo.

Let’s see where the Bills are so far:

  • In Week 1, the Bills trailed Baltimore 40-25 at home late in the fourth quarter. Then, the unthinkable happened, as Buffalo stormed back and the Ravens melted, leading to a 41-40 win for the Bills. 1-0.
  • In Week 2, Buffalo never trailed in a 30-10 win over the in-division Jets in New York. 2-0.
  • In Week 3, the Bills won a back-and-forth tussle over the visiting Dolphins, in a game that was tied at 21 early in the fourth. Buffalo would go on to win another division game, this time by a score of 31-21. 3-0.

Next on the docket for the Bills is a home game against the lowly Saints in Week 4, where they are 15.5-point favorites. Then another division rival visits town in Week 5, the New England Patriots. The Bills are favored by 10.

Buffalo will hit the road in Week 6 to take on Atlanta, before a bye in Week 7. In Week 8, the Bills will face Carolina on the road.

So far this season, the Bills have the best offense in the league, averaging 420 yards per game. The only other team averaging over 400 yards per game are the 3-0 Colts (418.7).

On the other side of the ball, the Bills have the ninth-best defense in the league, allowing 287.3 yards per game.

Buffalo has won five straight AFC East titles and made six straight postseason appearances.
